The SA-5300 is a beautiful amplifier from the 70ties. At that time Pioneer was one of the mist respected brands in the industry and not only famouse for the performance but also the typical looks of their products. The iconic silver front and clean layout was maintained up into the 8oties.
Even though the 10 watt per channel sound small, would equal to about 35 RMS per channel at todays standard. More than sufficient for any living room. With its veru low harmonic distortion of 0.08%, tape monitor, aux / phono input, loudness control and 2 pairs of speaker outlets it is well designed unit that will not disappoint.
We have cleaned switches and potetionmeters for safe and crackle free operation. The front has been removed and polished to bring back the original shine. Broken power bulb has been replaced and the case got a fresh black powder coating.
